Rehearsal Dinner

A pre-ceremony run through dinner that follows the wedding ceremony practice. Generally held at a restaurant or banquet facility, these can range from BBQ casual to fine-dining formal. Be sure to advise your guests how to dress. Generally the groom and his family foot the bill on this one.

Whose Involved: Immediate family members of the bride and groom including grandparents, wedding party members, sometimes out of town guests, and close friends or family members that are playing a special role int he wedding.

Why: A celebratory kick off to the wedding day.

When: The night before the wedding right after the rehearsal. Make sure your groom or guests don't get to party like and get carried away with alcohol.
