Avoid Wedding Woes: 

Letting your community know that you are going to be married is a great way to announce your happiness.  But, you must be careful as to what information you include in the paper. 

Do not include your address, or any other address in your printed announcement!  Sadly, thieves have been known for checking the papers for such events, and then breaking into the homes during the wedding when they know no one will be home. 

You might want to consider having a neighbor keep an eye out for you on the big day.
