I would like to thank Giselle at Dream Getaways. Her customer service is excellent and she definitely goes above and beyond. Whether I am scheduling a flight, or an entire vacation, she always does a wonderful job accommodating my needs. I recently encountered a situation where my flight had been cancelled due to weather. I was instructed to stand in line and wait to see if the airlines could put me on a later flight. The wait time was over three hours which meant I would miss all of the connecting flights, and therefore would not make my conference. I called Giselle and in less than an hour I was rebooked on another flight without any additional fees. She also was kind enough to help another passenger on my same flight, whom she had never done business with before, reschedule her flight. I was so impressed  by that. I never stress anymore when I travel because I know Giselle will always make sure things are taken care of.  Whenever I do business with Giselle I feel like I am doing business with a friend!

We are back from our wonderful vacation! I am going to look up a vacation to other islands now. It was wonderful and we want to go back again. I am so glad that you set up the informational breakfast for us. I know that the guy was talking to us personally. He said, "I bet you have pamphlets you are looking at and still don't know where to start." That was exactly what we felt like. Wonderful planning! The catamaran ride was one of our favorite things. We even saw a whale while out on it. The champagne was a fun anniversary touch.

I would love for all to know just how much we appreciate how you helped us to achieve a great vacation. It is was even more than I expected it to be.
