Black Inc. makes no claims or warranties as to the validity of consent from person or owners of property depicted in an image. Releases associated with any image should be verified by the featured vendor/bride and that such usage shall be the featured vendor’s/bride's responsibility. Images obtained from photo galleries may not be published, displayed or incorporated into any other works or otherwise commercially utilized by any other party. Question about a copyrighted image? Thank you for your participation on GonnaGetWed.com. We feel it is your right to know why we ask our brides and grooms to register, and what we do with your valuable information. Because GonnaGetWed.com wants to show you we are committed to your right to privacy, we will not disclose your information to any company who is not also a member of GonnaGetWed.com and not listed on our website, or affiliated with our company.

How we obtain your information:
When talking about privacy, there is only so much information that any website can collect without you answering specific questions through registration or surveys. GonnaGetWed.com logs IP addresses (the location of your computer on the Internet) for system administration, troubleshooting, and to determine traffic trends. (For example, IP addresses help us figure out the number of people coming from various online gateways and other websites.) All IP information is recorded for our information only, and is not linked to any personal information.
GonnaGetWed.com uses a cookie (a small data file stored on your computer), to customize portions of our site to your preferences. They may send you special offers, which we hope will be of interest to you and help you in planning your wedding details. You can remove your name and address from our brides newsletter by simply clicking the "unsubscribe" button found on the special offers sent from GonnaGetWed.com, or by emailing us at bride@gonnagetwed.com and be sure to include "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. By unsubscribing, you will no longer receive any enewsletters or special offers directly from GonnaGetWed.com. However, you are still entitled to continue your membership and maintain your personal bridal page without receiving the monthly newsletters. Please be aware it may take up to 30 days before you no longer receive these emails. Also, please note that once you have registered your information with GonnaGetWed.com and we share it with our prescreened member organizations, we no longer hold responsibility for future special offers these organizations send you from their own server or personal website. Please fill free to contact these individual organizations to be removed from their lists.
You can access or update your personal information at anytime by changing the information on your personal bridal page. If you would like to deactivate you membership with GonnaGetWed.com, you can email us at bride@gonnagetwed.com and be sure to include "Deactivate Membership" in the subject line. This will cancel your personal bridal page that you created but you will still be allowed to access the GonnaGetWed.com website. You may also write to GonnaGetWed.com at 945 S Marion Rd. GonnaGetWed.com has the right, at anytime, to change any or all of our information usage practices. If GonnaGetWed.com ever changes any of the information usage practices that pertain to your personal information, you will be notified via email.
GonnaGetWed.com will mostly likely at some point transfer your bride page to a different area of the site once your wedding date passes. We reserve the right to move pages and place or delete them as needed.
GonnaGetWed.com does not support nor encourage the use of Spam. If you suspect that someone is using this website to solicit spam to other members, please notify us right away by sending an email to bride@gonnagetwed.com and be sure to include "User Abuse" in the subject line. If GonnaGetWed.com finds that any of our users are using our website to solicit spam, we will immediately deactivate their membership and they will no longer be allowed to access the site. Spam is illegal. The federal Anti-Spam law went into effect on January 1, 2004 and preempts all state laws. The federal law will prosecute violators, which can include a fine and/or imprisonment up to 5 years.
