Tryon Gym For Her offers 24-hour access convenience in a secure, female-only environment. Tryon Gym for Her has state of the art cardio equipment, selectorized and free weight equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, and nutritional counseling. Tanning services are also available!

- When you purchase a Tryon Gym For Her membership, you also have 24/7 access to our four other Tryon Gym locations in Sioux Falls: 5122 South Cliff Avenue, 4601 East 10th Street, 1220 South Minnesota Avenue and 915 South Marion Road, as well as our locations in Tea, Harrisburg, Hartford, and Dell Rapids.
Membership Rates:
- $34.95/month with 1 year contract
- $44.95/month (to month EFT*)
There is also a $10 deposit for the 24-hour access card.
*EFT (Electronic funds transfer on the first of each month).
Membership Tanning Rates:
- $20 per person, per month for unlimited tanning or only $10 extra per month on all year contracts!
