Not only is technology helpful in planning your South Dakota wedding, it is helpful in finding your dream home as well! In this day and age of technology, the old walking into a Realtor’s office and hopping in a car to look at homes is long gone.
Today, buyers browse the internet, rather than driving neighborhoods to find the home of their dreams. While checking all of the realty sites can be time-consuming and a bit frustrating, there is a simple solution to all of this.
Simply go to my website and hit the search for homes button. You will be able to bring up a map of the area of town you want to live in, and there you can see all the homes for sale in that area. You can also see how close to schools, parks, gas stations, and more those homes are. Once you click on the house you want to learn more about, you can see a virtual tour, up close pictures, and more information than you even knew you wanted.
There is another concept out there that takes even less effort for the buyer. I use what’s called a Client Portal and with this product, I am able to make sure you are getting all of the homes meeting your criteria and price range delivered to your email box daily.
This gives you a jump on other buyers who have to go out and search for properties on their own. Every time a new listing hits the market that matches your wish list, or drops in price into your price bracket, it is dropped into your email! Just let me know if this is something you want to try!
